Japanese tea for daily drinking

Good matcha, made for every day.

Small-batch matcha and hojicha sourced from Japan, selected for daily cups rather than special occasions.

Our first collection is intentionally limited. Join the list for opening access and launch details.

Our Story

Matcha should feel easy, not precious.

Good Japanese matcha got way too expensive. Too many middlemen, too much markup, and not nearly enough transparency for people who just want a great daily cup.

We are starting small, building direct farm relationships in Japan so premium matcha powder and hojicha can be easier to get, easier to understand, and easier to love.

Our goal is simple: make matcha an everyday refreshment, the way coffee already is. Bright, smooth, and ready for your regular routine.

A better everyday cup starts with a better supply chain.

This is only the beginning. Our long-term goal is to build a simpler matcha supply chain, from farms, to processing, to milling, to your home.

Japanese tea faces real pressure from shrinking farm communities and the difficulty of keeping high-quality production alive. We cannot solve that overnight.

We are building Rogue Stories Matcha together with the people who drink it. Every signup, piece of feedback, order, and everyday cup helps shape the brand and move us toward a fairer, more accessible future for matcha.
